A well-known commercial and cookbook photographer, Poh Yu Hsu single-handedly founded the photography company Camo Studio in 1992 and threw himself into the world of food photography. He has worked for Taiwan’s top publishers, advertising companies, food manufacturers and restaurants and has done photography for over 1,200 cookbooks. Xu has been the photographer of choice for many celebrity chefs including Chef Ah-chi, Chef Qiu Xiang, Chef Lin Meihui and Ke Junnian. He has also worked with others to create advertisements for clients including well-known food and drink brands such as Mos Burger, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Amway, Knorr, Lee Kum Kee, Ve Wong, TGI Friday’s and Shin Yeh.
